About us

Svalan Loma-asunnot is a family business that is renting three idyllic cottages near Kangasniemi area.

Business and all it's functions are operated by two of the Svala sisters, Riitta and Raija, and we have been renting our cottages from the year 1996. Our father Jussi was there to build all these beautiful buildings and we want to give our guests an opportunity enjoy them and the gourgeos surroundings that they have.

We want to personally be there to ensure a successfull accommodation experience for you. So be welcomed to see what beautiful Kangasniemi has to offer and enjoy your cottage holiday!

Accommondation all year round

Of our cottages Tervapääsky is open for rent all year round while our smaller log cottages, Pääskynpesä and Honkasaari, are great for having your summer holiday.

Comprehensive service

We aim to give our customers the best service we can. We have a lot knowledge about the other local companies and their services as well so that the visitors from afar also can get everything out of their holiday.

Wherever possible we fulfill our guests needs and give information about local events. We can also for example decorate the cottage with christmas decorations or recommend food services from our cooperation company.

We also have our own game share of the near by golf course so though us you get to play on a better price!
